1 General Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between crorwin and any individual who accesses or uses the platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them at all times. crorwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the crorwin brand, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games (Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, Live Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), video slots, crash games (including Aviator), and any other gaming or wagering product available on the platform from time to time.

1.1 Platform Access

Access to crorwin is provided on a personal, non-commercial basis. You may not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, providing third-party account management services, or systematically exploiting promotions for profit outside the spirit of the offer terms. crorwin reserves the right to restrict or terminate platform access at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects misuse.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. All official communications between crorwin and players — including account notifications, bonus terms, and dispute correspondence — are conducted in English.

1.3 Safe and Reliable Platform

crorwin operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform. 2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account on crorwin, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from crorwin or any affiliated platform;
• You have not had a prior crorwin account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address and mobile number. crorwin may request documentary proof of the information provided at any time (see Section 2.3 — KYC Verification). Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the 18+ requirement — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

2.3 KYC Verification

In accordance with our commitment to player safety and responsible gaming, crorwin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal request, if unusual account activity is detected, or as part of a routine compliance review. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. crorwin will process submitted KYC documents within 3 business days. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on crorwin at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If crorwin identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to merge or permanently close the duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts without compensation.

3 Age Restriction

crorwin is strictly an adult platform. Access to and participation in any activity on crorwin — including browsing the game lobby, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.

3.1 Age Verification

crorwin takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. All players are required to confirm their age at the point of registration. We reserve the right to request documentary age verification at any time, including before processing a player's first withdrawal. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, the account will be suspended until verification is completed.

If crorwin has reasonable cause to believe that a registered account belongs to an individual who is under 18 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended. All deposits made to the account will be returned in full, and all bets placed and any winnings accrued will be voided. crorwin will not be held liable for any loss resulting from the suspension of an account determined to belong to a minor.

3.2 Parental Controls

crorwin strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of third-party parental control and internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. If you believe a minor has accessed or used your crorwin account, you must contact our support team immediately at support@crorwin. crorwin will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on crorwin are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳BDT). crorwin supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure that players across Bangladesh can deposit and withdraw funds conveniently and securely.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on crorwin:

crorwin does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or any payment method not listed above. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change; players will be notified of any material changes via on-site notification.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your crorwin account balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. crorwin does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which crorwin accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, it will be returned to the originating account, and a fee may be levied to cover processing costs.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Players may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible;
• crorwin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal request.

Verified withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically credited to your mobile wallet within 1–4 hours of approval. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer. crorwin does not charge a withdrawal fee; payment provider charges are the player's responsibility.

5 Bonus Policy

crorwin offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on crorwin are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the individual bonus terms; any unmet requirements at expiry will result in the bonus being removed from your account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

crorwin operates a strict anti-abuse policy. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once;
• Placing low-risk opposing bets to artificially complete wagering requirements;
• Using bonus funds in games excluded from the wagering contribution schedule;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers;
• Any other activity that crorwin reasonably determines to be in bad faith with respect to a promotional offer.

5.3 Bonus Expiry and Forfeiture

Unclaimed bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time a player requests a withdrawal will not be withdrawn — only real-money funds in excess of any pending wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal. crorwin reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered by a player will continue to honour their stated terms.

6 User Obligations

By using crorwin, you agree to the following obligations, which are designed to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all players:

6.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. crorwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify crorwin support immediately and change your password without delay.

6.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay the processing of withdrawals or the resolution of support queries.

6.3 Responsible Use

You agree to use the crorwin platform responsibly and within the limits of these Terms. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds that you deposit. crorwin strongly recommends that you set personal deposit limits and use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings. You must not use the platform while under the influence of substances that may impair your judgment.

6.4 Compliance with Applicable Laws

You represent and warrant that your use of crorwin does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any local laws governing online gambling in your area. crorwin makes no representation that access to or use of its platform is legal in every jurisdiction.

7 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crorwin platform. Engagement in any of the prohibited activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and recovery of any funds paid out as a result of the prohibited activity:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment details to fund an account;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino tables;
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which bets have been placed on crorwin;
• Money Laundering: Using crorwin for the purpose of laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. crorwin is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation;
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in bad faith after wagering deposited funds. crorwin will pursue recovery of funds obtained through fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means;
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to access or operate your crorwin account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party;
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or maintain an account as an individual under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating underage access.

8 Account Closure

Either you or crorwin may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your crorwin account for any reason, including as a responsible gaming measure, you may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@crorwin. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Accounts subject to an open dispute or investigation will not be closed until the matter is resolved.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 6 months up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in to your account, place bets, make deposits, or claim bonuses. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. 8.3 Closure by crorwin

crorwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information;
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — any remaining balance will be returned to the player's last registered payment method after reasonable attempts to contact the player);
• At the request of a relevant authority or regulatory body.

Where crorwin closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player promptly via their registered payment method.
